সংস্থার লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যসমূহ:
1. শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন, মানবাধিকার সংরক্ষণ, পরিবেশ সুরক্ষা, রক্তদান কর্মসূচি ও দারিদ্র্য বিমোচনের লক্ষ্যে কর্মকাণ্ড পরিচালনা করা।
2. নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন প্রতিরোধ, নারী উন্নয়ন, পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ, যৌতুকের কুফল ও ইভটিজিং সম্পর্কে জনগণকে সচেতন করা।
